Job Description: The Controller will oversee all accounting and reporting functions, providing strategic financial leadership and  ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent reporting. This individual will own the financial close process, manage the accounting function, and work alongside leadership to drive profitable growth. The role requires both hands-on technical ability and the strategic mindset to fill many of the responsibilities typically held by a CFO. Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger management.Prepare, analyze, and distribute timely monthly and quarterly financial statements. Maintain a
